Sea Dog 6 in. Screw-Out Deck Plate :)
Replacement hatch cover for a six inch Sea-Lect Designs (aka Sea Dog) deck plate. Might be used to completely replace a six inch Viking screw hatch (cover and rim), common on some Ocean Kayak brand and Necky brand kayaks. This deck plate comes with a rim and can be used for new installation or rim replacement. Rim and cover have threads, like a nut and screw. Closes with several turns. The rim will NOT support a bag. Additional Information
Use silicone sealant between hatch rim and deck surface when installing the deck plate rim-flange. For best results use no. 8 screws and nuts.
