Sold as a single pad. Best used as padding for cam buckles on basic tie down straps. Made of tough rubbery fabric, 6 inches long, 2.5 inches wide. 

Protect the finish on canoes, stand up boards and kayaks. Tie down straps are typically use as pairs, per boat, so you might want to get two.

Can also be used to make your own custom tie downs with webbing strap, one inch tri-glides and metal cam-lock buckles.
