Replacement Hobie Mirage Drive Spine

Best used as a replacement spine for the Hobie Mirage Drive. This part is an upgrade to the early version spine, compatible with V1, V2 and original GT Mirage Pedal Drives. Both early and late model parts bear the same Hobie Part Number 81181001.

On some early model Hobie kayaks you may have to cut a guide rod off with a hacksaw for this new version part to work. If your original early model spine is OK and working  well do not replace it with this, there will be little to no advantage.
