Kajak Sport style oval hatch cover and rim, (referred to as the 44x26cm). This cover and rim kit is best used for new installations. Matches oval hatch covers, common on some sea kayaks. Sea-Lect Designs buoyant performance hatch covers are made of high-grade dual density material for strength and durability. Special UV protection shields against sun damage. Sea-Lect (aka Sea Dog) hatches are sealed with TPU, which provides superior resistance to impact, abrasions and tears regardless of the conditions and weather. Dome-shaped hatch allows water to siphon off while providing extra room below. Stands 2 inches above deck. Rim lip is 18 3/8 x 11 inches OD, opening is 17 1/2 x 10 1/8 ID.
