WS Round Orbix Hatch Kit (2009 - 2014)

Best used as a replacement round Orbix hatch for Wilderness Systems kayaks made before 2015. Can be used for new custom hatch installations on any kayak with the allowable deck space. Outside diameter is 9.75 inches (not including the hinge). The working opening (ID) is approximately 8 1/4 inches. Deck cut-out approximately 8 9/16 inches. From the center of the 3 O’Clock screw to the center of the 9 O’Clock screw is 9 3/16 inches. Not bucket compatible.

Comes with mounting hardware. A foam rubber deck gasket may, or may not, be included. You will be better served by using clear silicone sealant under the rim-flange. Foam rubber gaskets will compress over time and fail.
