Fishing Pack for Tall Back Seat

Best used with the Tall Back Seat made by Surf to Summit. Can be made to fit the Surf to summit Hi-Tech seat but is not optimal. It has two strap tabs that mate with the two ladder locks that must be on your seat back. Use as a replacement pack for Tall Back Seats, or add one to a plain STS seat. Comes with 2 rod holders and one pocket.
