Classic Rudder Rest

Best used as a replacement part for a lost or damaged Rudder Rest. Made of black rubber, for use as a parking block for on deck stowage of kayak rudder. Also called a rudder guide or catcher. Use for most deck parking rudder blades. Common on older Aquaterra, Perception and Dagger brand kayaks. Can be used for older Necky and Old Town kayak plus many more brands. Use as a substitute Stow Block for the Perception Essence kayak. Suitable for decks with both curvature or flat decks. See also bungee cord and Nylon J Hook. Instructions are NOT included. The foot print of the rudder rest base is 3 x 1 1/4 inches. The rest is 2 3/8 inches in overall height (measured from a flat surface).
